SMASH is a fast-casual burger spot from the team behind Glen Ellen Star and Stella, serving smashed burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, crispy fries, and shakes in a laid-back Sonoma setting. SMASH will also provide food service for The Beacon, the speakeasy on the second floor, while The Beacon will bring a fun crossover downstairs with craft cocktails and boozy shakes available at SMASH.
